Warranty Coverage
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects related to materials or workmanship, including:
Loose handle or rivets
Blade separation
Unusual rust (not caused by misuse)
Chipping or edge breakage during normal daily kitchen use
Other defects not caused by accidental damage or improper care
Not Covered by Warranty
The warranty does not apply to the following cases:
Normal wear and tear (e.g., blade dulling from regular use)
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper cleaning (e.g., using the dishwasher, cutting bones or frozen food, or improper storage)
Rust caused by improper care (e.g., leaving the knife wet, not drying after washing)
Damage due to unauthorized repair or modification
Lost, stolen, or intentionally damaged items
Warranty Service Process
1. Submit a Claim:
Contact us via ourHelp Centerwith your order number, clear photos, and a detailed issue description.
2. Evaluation:
Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or photos if needed.
3. Resolution:
If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item for free, at our discretion. We may ask you to return the defective product, and if so, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost.

Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from Kasumi Japan or authorized retailers.
Warranty is non-transferable; valid for the original purchaser only.
Replacement items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
