Shipping policy

We ship orders via FedEx or UPS directly from our warehouse in Japan. All shipments are secure, insured, and trackable.

Shipping to the United States

  • Free Shipping: All orders qualify for free shipping.

  • Express Shipping: Available for $75 USD.

  • Delivery Time: Orders ship Monday to Friday, typically arriving within 3–5 business days (depending on your area).

International Shipping

  • Free Shipping: All orders qualify for free shipping.

  • Express Shipping: Available for $75 USD.

  • Delivery Time: Orders generally arrive within 7–14 business days (depending on the destination country).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Delivery Issues

Delays: Delivery may be delayed if the courier attempted delivery but no one was available to receive the parcel. Please check your shipment status using your EMS tracking number. If it shows “Delivery attempted,” your local post office is holding the parcel (usually for 7–10 days). Contact them to request redelivery or arrange pickup; ID may be required.

Damage in transit: We carefully inspect and pack every order, but if your parcel or product arrives damaged, email us right away and include clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Returned to sender: If your parcel is returned due to non-delivery or an incorrect address, we will notify you and arrange a new shipment.

Customs & Import Duties for International Orders

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, or taxes upon arrival.

Kasumi Japan ships all orders DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid), meaning we do not collect these fees at checkout. Therefore:

  • We cannot estimate any potential charges in advance.

  • Customers are responsible for paying any duties/taxes required for customs clearance.
