Returns Policy

Any item (except personalised) can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days by a to be signed for service in their original condition. Any items that been clearly used or with damaged packaging will be returned without responsibility. This does not affect your statutory rights or distance selling regulations.

Return Process

Start your return process through our Help Center and attach clear photos of the product/packaging as proof. After we review your request, we will provide instructions and the correct return pickup address.

After we receive the item, we will check it and handle it as soon as possible. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 3 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time).

Return processing fee

$25 fee per knife applies to return or exchange requests. Depending on the case, this fee may be deducted from your refund or added to your exchange order. This fee covers related costs such as taxes, shipping, handling, and other extra charges, and it is not refundable unless required by law or if the issue is caused by us or a product defect.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns may be refused if the item shows use, wear, or damage, if original packaging/accessories/labels are missing, or if the returned item does not match the original purchase.

Exchanges 

  • Allowed within 30 days of purchase.
  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Exchanges for equal or lesser value. Customer pays difference and shipping unless due to Kasumi Japan’s error or defect.

Gift Returns

  • If marked as a gift, receive gift credit.
  • If not marked as a gift, refund goes to original purchaser.

Refunds Policy

We notify you via email regarding approval or rejection. Approved refunds credited within 3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank for potential delays.
  3. If unresolved, reach out via our Help Center.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or engraved items.
  • Only defective items (e.g., rust, dullness, shipping damage) eligible for replacement.
