Refund policy

At Kasumi Japan, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at support@kasumijapan.com before returning your item. Attach clear photos of the product you wish to return for documentation.

  2. Once your return is approved, ship the item to:

  3. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

  4. If the item is valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.

Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
  • If rejected, we will provide details on why the return was not eligible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to process.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing delays may occur.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Engraved or customized items cannot be refunded.
  • Only defective items (e.g., rust, dullness, or shipping damage) will be replaced.
